By using Peshbar — the peshbar.com website, API, and dashboard — you agree to the terms below. If anything is unclear, message us on Telegram before connecting.

Registration and access

Merchants get access to the dashboard after a short conversation on Telegram. We reserve the right to refuse onboarding or suspend an account if the terms or the law are violated.

Pricing and payment

Tariffs are published on the Pricing page and can change with 30 days’ notice. The cost of a specific delivery is shown in the dashboard before the order is created.

Liability

We are responsible for the quality of the delivery and will compensate for loss or damage within the confirmed value of the goods. We are not responsible for items prohibited for transport, or for consequences of the merchant providing an incorrect address.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the Telegram channel and by email to the address registered on the merchant account.

Interim version in plain language; after legal review it will be replaced with a formal document.
