Privacy policy

Peshbar is a delivery service for merchants in Dushanbe. We treat the data that merchants, couriers, and customers entrust to us as seriously as the deliveries themselves.

What data we collect

We store only what’s needed to complete a delivery: recipient name and phone, pickup and drop-off addresses, a general description of the order, and a photo confirmation at hand-off. For merchants — contact details of the responsible staff member and payout details.

How we use data

Order data is visible to the courier assigned to the delivery and to Peshbar staff who support the service. We do not sell data to third parties and we do not use it for advertising.

Data deletion

On request to hello@peshbar.com we will delete your personal data within 14 business days, except for records we are required to keep under Tajik law (e.g. financial records).
